Our smoked Fetta Facile is a premium prosciutto cotto made with a selection of the primary cuts of ham. It comes in a compact block with no rind or other waste, making it ideal for snack bars and catering services. Its pleasantly bold and aromatic flavor comes from the natural smoking process using chips of beech-wood.
