These decades of experience in the industry, and the know-how we’ve developed, enable us to produce a vast array of gluten-free, lactose-free meats with no sugar added. This includes prosciutto cotto, mortadella, salami, porchetta, roast chicken and turkey, and other deli meats for retail distribution, for the food services, and for private-label production.
