Quality control in the food industry is crucial, and so it is a core process in the production of our meat, which we acquire exclusively from EU-certified suppliers to ensure full traceability from the source to the finished product. Our quality and flavor controls are conducted by highly specialized COMAL staff, followed by a cross-verification in the form of supplemental analyses entrusted to external labs. This means that all COMAL meats that make it to the final consumer are of the highest quality. This is the starting point, but we’ve taken it a step further. The real challenge lies in the research we do to ensure our products taste good, of course, but are also healthful and suited to all dietary needs. This is why all our meats are gluten-free, because, when you’ve got something good, you want to share it with the world.
