Toast is a defatted ham that comes in long, square logs (10x10x30 cm) with rounded corners, which makes it easy to work with and to cut into thin, clean slices. It’s ideal for Italian panini and for sandwiches in general. It contains no pork rind and produces extremely low amounts of waste, making it an ideal choice for snack bars and restaurants.
