Our spicy Fetta Facile is a premium prosciutto cotto made with care from a selection of the best parts of the pork leg. It gets its spicy kick and aromatic notes from the cayenne pepper in the ham. Its small size, weighing no more than 2.5 kg per block, and lack of pork rind or other waste make it a great choice for snack bars and catering services.
